"We are honored to be one of the few chosen to join Apple Arcade on the first day because this is proof of the quality of our long-standing relationship with Apple," said Stéphane Roussel, Chief Executive Officer at Gameloft.
"In line with our pioneering spirit, we want to be at the forefront of market evolution, and we believe that the subscription-based model is one of the next industry steps. With Ballistic Baseball at Apple Arcade, we can explore various ways to bring the game to players while focusing on an all-inclusive experience, "he continued.
Ballistic Baseball focuses on the long-standing competition between pitchers and batter in a stylish match, but it is realistic to win the innings.
The strategy starts off the pitch, with the players choosing their offensive and defensive rosters. Players' skills and strategies are then tested when they control their pitchers and batter in the game.
Ballistic Baseball is a real-time multiplayer arcade experience that allows you to play against friends in Player versus Player, an online duel.
Players see and react to the actions of their opponents, all in real-time. Enables players on iOS, Apple TV and Mac platforms to play against others or to track progress as they switch devices.
Game Center features such as achievements and balanced matches have also been implemented to create a pleasant and competitive experience.
Ballistic Baseball will be launched at Apple Arcade on September 19, 2019.
