SCONES BREAD RECIPES

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 grams self rising flour
  • 150 grams butter
  • 200 grams grated cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • Milk (necessary amount)
  • Flour (Necessary amount)
  • Spices (Necessary amount)
  • 1 teaspoon salt (Optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place in a bowl, the flour, the butter and the cheese, and mix until a sort of sandblast forms.
  2. Add the 2 eggs and mix.
  3. Bring to a table and add milk and knead until a dough is formed.
  4. Stretch approximately 1,5 centimeters and fold the dough, placing it on top.
  5. Stretch again and join both parts
  6. Cut the dough into 5 centimeters medallions
  7. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours or in the freezer for 1
  8. Brush the scones with milk.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes at 180 C.
